The current Moroccan "invasion" of Spanish Ceuta and Melilla and its possible effect on Israel

Is Spain dumping on Israel in order to kiss-up to the Muslim world and thereby get a pass and avoid criticism for the fact that Spain still colonially rules parts of Muslim N. Africa?
