A single witness cannot stand up to testify about any matters in a court of law and this is prohibited. We would think this wouldn't be such a significant issue since who should we tell if not the court? However, we have to realize the severity of the prohibition of speaking Lashon Hara and be confident the circumstances truly allow for this speech before we consider it.
